Stretching
This is not a flexibility video. It’s a metabolic health video. Stretching feels hard when the body is inflamed, overloaded, insulin-resistant, and carrying excess weight. Tight hips, stiff backs, sore joints, poor recovery. None of that is random. What people don’t realise is this: Stretching becomes dramatically easier when metabolism improves.
