Last 2 weeks were a bit turbulent but I did catch up with the challenge and I definitely sat down last night and realised for myself that it’s time to start showing a bit more love, appreciation and care to myself. I’ve realised that I’m always leaving the cards of my life in other peoples hands and have the thoughts that on my own I’m not good enough. The habit I’m starting to do is ‘love to me minute ‘every morning. I’m surrounded by good , positive and supportive people, but one big lesson is that I first need to have the love and supportive relation with myself.

My new job is exactly this 🙌 Learning something new everyday It’s a great feeling at the end of the day when you’ve got one more knowledge, skill added to your progress process 🙌
Looking at things from a different perspective can help you to see it in a brand new way! Changing your environment will really help you to ensure that you can overcome any objectives that your brain has put in your way 🧠
I changed my environment/ job and it’s looking very different now 😊 There is more mentality now that Incan do the things as I want and my success is in my hands 😊 Having the choice and opportunity to find my work balance 🙌 🤞 all will go well x
Today’s post is all about your support network. This is one of my favourite quotes: You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with ~ Jim Rohn Watch the video and complete the simple task 😊
Great one 🙌 Since I start to be careful who am I surrounded with/ because for me this is very important/, some people start to call me strange and selfish, but for me this is a priority. Love the idea to have the list at the end of the week: for me/ and reflect to the people I’ve spent most of the time 🙌
@James Gardner You’re absolutely right. Someone told me not long ago that some people will keep telling me that I’m selfish because they don’t want me to change. It is still difficult for me to learn to accept this without feeling guilty. But it’s my journey and with the right encouraging people, I will do and feel good about my self care
