The next step is to actually plan it in your calendar, so that it creates regular rest and relaxation time 🧘🏼♀️ For example, I’m going to a spa this afternoon with my wife to rest and relax. One of the main benefits of going to a spa is that I don’t have my phone with me for a few hours 🙏🏻😊💙
