Thank you so much for another magical experience @Matthew Williamson ✨🙏🏻✨ I usually see many images from different places and cultures, often in more natural tones. Animals, Mayan people, Egypt, Vikings, different ancient times and nature. Today felt different - there was an intense presence of light and crystal-like structures, mostly in violet, blue and white. The crystals would shift into different images, with bright white edges. This is one of the visuals I later recreated with AI. Alongside this, I saw animals appearing and transforming, changing shape and size in sharp, precise, and graceful movements... I'm wide awake now 🤪

I don’t have words for yesterday breathing session, really guys it was mind blowing. It was my first time to experience something sooo deep. I was in other dimension. I began to see a golden light. Then I saw that I was an Egyptian man and I was lying on the ground, as if I had been wounded and was dying. With the next stage of breathing, animals, drawn in the Egyptian style, jumped before my eyes. Then I felt my whole body sliding down the mountain and then coming up again. I disappeared several times and came back with a fright. I have never had such a strong experience with breathing. When I went to sleep, my subconscious brought me a vision showing me a larger block of myself, what actually happened in my childhood and who I really am. That was yesterday's experience. Over the weekend I had a profound experience with fire and breath which might soundlike the yogic breath of fire 🔥 However this is actually using real fire and our breath as a alchemical proccess which unlocks deeper levels very quickly. I have known this for some time and have been blessed to have worked with fire in a variety of ways even at one point creating fire with chi but thats for another time . I had the same feeling as Loki when I woke up in the middle of the night — that I was both the body and myself at the same time. It felt as if the body was moving on its own while I was consciousness itself. I was hovering slightly above the body in awareness, yet still looking out through my eyes. I’ve been told this reflects a higher frequency state, where the body trusts that it doesn’t have to do everything alone and allows other systems to take over gently, without conflict. I have experienced this before - but now I know what it is 💫
