Yoga this morning is on hold
Due to a little emergency on our property which needs immediate fixing, yoga online will not happen this morning. If anyone wants to do a session during the week, let me know and I will arrange a new time, otherwise I see you next Saturday. Thank you so much for your understanding and all my apologies. 2 incredible private retreats with to beautiful souls
I just finished 2 private retreats with such different type of people but 1 think in commun... such kindness and beautiful hearts ! It is not always easy though in the world we leave to realise how wonderful we are and give ourselves some love and kindness. I am so proud of the journey they both had here and that make me truly happy so I wanted to simply share it with you

@Jennifer Deiana thank you ❤️ so I understood the different nerve bundles and sections in the body from anatomy. So the chakras actually align with this and it's like the perfect match to that of anatomy. I know everything is energy so this makes sense how the energy flows and how blocks affect certain organs. The chakras are like the road map to treat the bumps on the road.

Reclaiming My Energy: Why I Trade My Bed for the Trees 🌲
Since yesterday, I’ve been feeling really hit. My energy is low, I’m feeling a bit "off" physically, and honestly? My bed was calling my name all morning. But our bodies are incredible messengers—they don’t just tell us to stop; they often tell us exactly what they need to reboot. This isn’t a "high-performance" video. It’s a raw, unpolished look at how I handle the days when the tank is empty. Instead of staying under the covers, I head outside. The Science of "Plugging In" It might sound "woo-woo," but the connection between our nervous system and the earth is grounded in biology. When we practice Nature Therapy and Earthing, a few things happen: - Cortisol Regulation: Simply being in the presence of trees (Phytoncides) lowers our primary stress hormones and boosts our immune system’s "natural killer" cells. - Electron Exchange: Direct contact with the earth (or even being in its proximity) helps neutralize free radicals in the body, reducing the systemic inflammation that often causes that "sickish" feeling. - Somatic Release: By performing slow, intuitive stretches in nature, we signal to our parasympathetic nervous system that we are safe. This shifts the body from "defense mode" into "repair mode." Moving with Intention In the video, you’ll see I’m not "working out." I’m breathing with the trees and letting the ground take the weight of my fatigue. Sometimes, the fastest way to recover isn't to be completely still, but to move in harmony with the environment around us. Nature and movement and the breath is all so fascinating. I'm so greatful to be learning how important this all is for my own healing and wellness. I don't have a set ritual but would love to create one with the different things and interventions I'm learning. I do enjoy breathing and the stretching together. Especially when I can do these and feel that shift or release. I'm still learning which things help me and what stretches do what things. The guided meditations have been very helpful as they get me out of my head literally quite the chatter.
