May Gratitude
I really enjoyed the gratitude section. I find it so easy to forget just how wonderful the things are I have. I know you aren't supposed to not take advantage of these things but I do sometimes. So being conscious and feeling into the appreciation for these things feels good. The journaling for this month helped me see the things I have now I was infact praying for several years ago and that shift inside me that feeling of almost relief. I never celebrated those wins but looking back they are answered prayers. I do struggle with always wanting more and not being fully satisfied I guess with what I have. Doing this questions and making my list I can feel both while still being greatful. I think I'm learning too that this wanting more isn't so much about not being happy enough as it striving for more, always moving forward. I needed to work on gratitude so this fell in the perfect month. This is something I still want to continue to work on especially because it does being me joy and help me look at life softer.

Desert Reflections...
Still thinking about the Utah desert this week. Something about wide open space, silence, sunlight, and less noise always helps me slow down and reconnect to myself in a way that's hard to explain. A reminder that sometimes the body needs less input, not more 🩵 Curious if anyone else has certain places in nature that instantly help you feel more like yourself again?

Thank you this is so helpful. I noticed a tingling and a softer less tension feel . I really like these different tools in there. I'm trying to explore them all slowly adding on to the ones like body scan that I want to do every day

Yes I definitely find those most helpful, it's easier to keep the kids distracted for a half hour to do a video and then come back to them when their show or game or whatever is done. Planning for summer ahead with them home. I can't wait but definitely have to adjust to very little time again :)
