Something I've been noticing...
June feels like the most visible month of the year. The warmer weather brings everyone outside. Parks are full. Restaurants are busy. There's an energy of being seen that's harder to avoid this time of year. So I'm curious: Where in your life do you wish you could be more...you? I don't mean a different version of you. Just more you. I'd love to hear what's coming up.

Yes! I’m leaning into this too- visibility through expression and releasing any shame or old doubt around speaking up , even when it’s uncomfortable. Remembering I can do both…be kind and speak up 🙏🏽🦋 And here’s a pic of me in my happy place yesterday now the summers here! And where I feel connected w my inner happy kid rolling on singletrack 🚴🏽‍♂️

Invitation to awareness…
🦋 A takeaway from yesterday’s conversation on breath and awareness… Awareness is the foundation of all somatic work. Before we can change a pattern, regulate a nervous system response, or make a different choice, we first have to notice what’s happening. Most of us spend years trying to fix things before we’ve learned how to observe them. Yep, me too! Today, try this out: Pause for one moment. Take one slow breath. Notice the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. No need to change anything. Just notice. Awareness is where healing and any sustainable change begins. What did you notice when you paused today? 🫶🏽
