Hi! I'm Izabela. I am a somatic practitioner, nervous system coach, and therapist. I'm currently living in Spain and planning to relocate to the US in the near future. Last year, I took a 6 month trip around the US in an RV (sharing some photos from that amazing trip!) I'm excited to share with you the techniques that have changed my life, and to show you how reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and that of the Divine can bring you into perfect alignment with the life you were destined for. Our dreams are not random. They are a higher calling, and I'm here to teach you how to answer that calling.
