Showing Up Different in 2026
I'm owning something in 2026 that's been true all along: My daily practices create my future. What I think about, take action on, and manifest daily is what creates the changes I want to see in my present life. What I thought about yesterday is happening today. This isn't about doing more. It's about staying clear in my thinking, more than in my doing. How this shows up for me: I have a daily routine that sustains momentum through personal and professional growth. This is not a grind. This is not a hustle. This is an energy-sustainable routine I developed specifically for me and the flow of my business. My non-negotiable daily practices: Internal foundation (first thing, before work): ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธMeditation and spiritual guidance LinkedIn authority building (about 1 hour total): - Comment on posts (10 mins) - Reply to people on my posts (5 mins) - Connect with 5-10 new people (15 mins) - Reply to people who respond to me Physical health: - Eat protein-rich meals daily - Exercise four days a week The power of rhythm and consistency Once I started doing this consistently, every day, I began to see things change, both personally and professionally, in my business. Not when I did it when I felt like it. Not when I had time. Not when motivation struck. Every โญ Single โญDay That rhythm creates the momentum. Consistency builds trust, with myself, with my audience, with my business. By doing these things each day, I'm building authority on LinkedIn and making new connections. Will these turn into clients? Maybe. Even if they don't, I'm creating connections and building trust. ๐Ÿ˜ŠWhat matters in this community: We all have our own routine. If we intentionally make minor changes to it toward future goals AND commit to the rhythm of doing so consistently, we will reach them. We have to be doing things in our routine that are healthy for us internally AND connecting with others to grow our business. Both are essential. For me, that's in the first hour of my day.

Thank you for sharing your breakdown, I need some time to think on what Iโ€™m shifting in the new year.
Monday Weekly Energy & Community Welcome
Good morning and welcome to a new week in the community. Each Monday, I pull an Animal Totem card to guide our collective energy. ๐ŸชฟThis week, Goose arrived, and what feels especially meaningful is that Goose is also the Animal Totem for December. When a totem repeats, itโ€™s an invitation to pay attention. Goose energy is all about trusting your inner knowing. They donโ€™t overthink the path. They know when itโ€™s time to move, where to go, and how to get there by instinct, just like you. Goose also reminds us that weโ€™re not meant to do this alone. Geese fly together, taking turns leading, asking for support when needed, and staying connected through the journey. This is a gentle nudge to lean into community, ask for help, and allow yourself to be supported without guilt or hesitation. This week is not about pushing or forcing momentum. Itโ€™s about listening inward, honoring what your body and intuition are asking for, and trusting that you already know the next right stepโ€”even if itโ€™s small. Welcome to Our New Members: @Jenny Brands @Bonnie Schachter @Madison Gilbert We are so glad you found your way into this space! ๐ŸŽ‰ When youโ€™re ready, please create a post to introduce yourself to the community. Share: - Where are you in the world? - One daily routine you consistently return to that helps ground or support you. This community is here to walk alongside you, not rush you. This Weekโ€™s Call ๐Ÿ—“๏ธMonday Accountability Call: Today (VIP Members). Thatโ€™s it for the week. The rest of the time is yours. Enjoy time with your family, slow down where you can, and allow this season to unfold naturally. ๐Ÿ‘‡As you move into the week, consider: What do I already know that Iโ€™ve been hesitating to trust? Share below if you feel called to.

Hi Iโ€™m Mera
Iโ€™m a Montessori educator, birthworker/midwifery student and wellness faciliator. I am passionate about helping families thrive, from pregnancy on. I offer doula and childbirth education services, meditation, breathwork and intuitive healing. These are things Iโ€™ve done on and off for the past 20 years so I am essentially restarting. I have a group here on Skool where I offer coaching and courses related to maternity and Montessori.

Our Social Hour last night recap: Real Humans, Holiday Stories, and Simple Joys
Yesterdayโ€™s Wellness Social Hour was such a good reminder of why this community exists. We spent the hour getting to know each other outside of the businesses we run. No marketing talk. No selling. No client questions. Just real humans connecting. We shared favorite holiday traditions, talked about what we loved doing as kids, and even did a little show-and-tell from our desks. There were stories about riding e-bikes, being dog moms to energetic labs, and the simple things that bring joy into everyday life. It felt easy. Light. Human. @Veronica Trevilla And @Kim Benoy you must look into e-bikes now that you have a better understanding of their safety. ๐Ÿšฒ Loved the boxing Grinch @Sandy Bartlett! ๐ŸฅŠ I added a few photos of one of the places we rode our e-bikes in northern Idaho last summer, the teddy bear stockings, and, of course, Sadie, our lab, being cute. One of my joys is the girls curled up in my office chairs while I do my morning routine. If you missed it, donโ€™t worry. These Social Hours happen every month, and each one is a little different. Theyโ€™re here to give you a break from business mode and create a real connection with people who are on the path youโ€™re on. If you couldnโ€™t attend, weโ€™d still love to know you better. Jump into the comments and answer one or all of these: โ˜บ๏ธWhatโ€™s one small joy from your week that made you smile? ๐ŸšฒWhatโ€™s something you loved doing as a kid that you havenโ€™t done in years? ๐Ÿ“ŽShow & Tell: Whatโ€™s one object on your desk right now? Looking forward to learning more about you, beyond what you do for work.
