Universal Laws Are Finally Getting Their Moment in Business
Something I've been talking about for years is now showing up in mainstream business conversations. Universal laws in business. Forbes just published an article about aligning with universal laws as a business strategy, not as "woo-woo" thinking, but as foundational to sustainable success. This is what I mean when I say energy-first isn't separate from strategy. It's what makes strategy work. Here's How I Stay Aligned with What's Happening: I use Google Alerts to track topics that matter to my work and my community. It's a simple tool that sends me articles, news, and conversations around specific keywords I choose. This week, it delivered the Forbes piece as a reminder that what we've been practicing here is no longer on the fringe. It's being recognized as essential. Last year, I launched a full series on the Starting a Business Simplified podcast exploring how universal laws show up in business: - The Law of Attraction - The Law of Vibration - The Law of Rhythm - And more The entire series is available in the classroom for listening. These aren't abstract concepts. They're patterns you can see, feel, and work with in your day-to-day business decisions. Why This Matters Now More people are waking up to the fact that pushing, forcing, and grinding don't create the results we want. Alignment does. Clarity does. Consistent energy does. Universal laws have always existed. We're just finally ready to use them intentionally. Which universal law feels most alive in your business right now? Please share it below; I'd love to hear what you're noticing. Resources to check out: Forbes Article Universal Laws and Business Podcast Series

Alignment doesn’t happen by pushing harder video message.
Have you ever noticed that right when you’re about to take a big step… fear shows up wearing a very convincing mask? In this video, I share a message I wish more clinicians heard when they’re building a business: Alignment doesn’t happen by pushing harder. It occurs when your actions finally match the energy you’re carrying inside. Most of us were trained in healthcare to override our inner signals and stay composed no matter what. When you step into entrepreneurship, that pattern becomes the very thing that keeps you stuck. Here’s the truth: When your energy is grounded, open, and clear… Your next step doesn’t feel risky. It feels aligned. This is from the most recent podcast episode I did this week. Click here to listen to the full episode. Full Episode Link

How we set energetic boundaries keeping our business grounded.
The moment we shift from clinician to entrepreneur, one thing follows us into the business… Clinical stress. We don’t mean for it to happen. We step into entrepreneurship for freedom, purpose, and alignment, yet the old patterns of urgency, responsibility, and emotional weight still try to follow us. Here’s how we can set energetic boundaries so our business stays grounded, intentional, and clear: 1️⃣Create a transition ritual. A short pause between “clinical energy” and “business energy” helps our nervous system shift gears. A walk, a breath, or a quick journal note signals: This is a different space now. 2️⃣Define the energy our business actually runs on. Our business isn’t built on crisis response or overfunctioning. It’s built from presence, clarity, and soul-led intention. When we name this, our body automatically begins to honor it. 3️⃣Set office hours for our energy, not just our time. This is about capacity, not productivity. When our energy is complete, holding that boundary protects both us and the business we’re building. 4️⃣Notice when we slip back into clinical mode. Rushing, fixing, or over-delivering aren’t mistakes. They’re signals. They gently guide us back to grounded, aligned leadership rather than old survival habits. 5️⃣Close our energy at the end of the day. Even a 30-second closing practice helps us release what isn’t ours to carry. It keeps the business from absorbing the emotional residue of clinical life. Our business was never meant to hold the weight of the healthcare system. It’s meant to be the space where our energy expands, and where the work we’re called to do finally has room to breathe. What comes up for you as you read through this practice?

How we set energetic boundaries keeping our business grounded.
Mid-day misalignment isn’t a failure of focus.
It’s simply a sign the energy has drifted out of the body and into the noise. A single minute of presence can undo hours of scattered energy and shift the entire direction of the day. The good news? It doesn’t take a complete break or meditation session to come back. Sixty seconds is enough to reset the entire system. 1️⃣Step 1: Root the feet Feel the weight drop down. The body settles first, the energy follows. 2️⃣Step 2: One long exhale The exhale clears the static, the “trying,” the tension, the mental clutter. 3️⃣Step 3: Name what’s happening internally Pressure in the chest, scattered thoughts, tight jaw. Awareness alone shifts energy out of autopilot. 4️⃣Step 4: Ask the aligning question “What is the next grounded step?” This redirects everything back to clarity and presence. 5️⃣Step 5: Inhale a single intention Choose one word to anchor the rest of the day: calm, capacity, confidence, ease. 6️⃣Step 6: Let the shift settle That subtle drop or softening is alignment returning. Let it guide the next action, not the mind’s urgency. When alignment is restored, everything becomes simpler. Decisions get clearer. The body relaxes. The afternoon unfolds without forcing. A minute of presence creates an entirely different outcome.
Mid-day misalignment isn’t a failure of focus.
