When You Don’t Feel “Good Enough”… Read This
I want to share something real with you today, something I believe many of us wrestle with but rarely say out loud. I’ve achieved a lot in my life… but I’ve also failed more times than I can count. From the outside, it might look like I’ve got everything figured out. But the truth? I’m constantly in discovery mode, trying to navigate this journey just like you. Being a great entrepreneur isn’t about staying comfortable or repeating what’s familiar. It’s about staying humble enough to admit you don’t have all the answers… and hungry enough to keep learning anyway. With the pace of technology and the noise of the world around us, we have to keep watching, listening, and paying attention to what our audience truly needs. The people you served yesterday might not be the people you’re called to serve today, and that’s okay. Seasons change. Assignments shift. My wife loves to tease me because I’m always coming to her with new ideas, new strategies, new visions… so she’ll laugh and ask, “So, what do you want to be when you grow up?” And she’s not wrong... I don’t sit still well. I love building new things and creating impact. But recently we had a deeper conversation, the kind that makes you slow down and ask, What is the ONE thing that fuels your soul? For me, the answer came instantly:“ I want to live with my guitar in my hands and be lost in worship.” So why am I sharing this? Because even though that’s the vision God has placed on my heart, I also know He’s given me skills, passions, and opportunities that support the mission He’s leading me toward. Is this forever? I don’t know. But I know the direction He’s pointing me in. And here’s the part for YOU: It is a long, miserable life to spend your days doing something you hate. My challenge to you is this... Be in discovery. Ask yourself: What is the passion God placed inside me? What is the call on my life? What is the thing that brings me joy, purpose, and fire, even if it scares me?

So true! I wrestle with this often. What's the next thing, how do I reach more people, etc. Am I being productive or distracted with where God wants me to be? Am I filling my days with "busy" or filling my days with "purpose"

@Jr Spear, I'm reevaluating my business, what I'm focusing on and putting time blocks in my schedule to prioritize the important things. Also, cutting some services and dead weight. I want to free up my time even more

When It Comes to Events, the Right People Matter More Than a Full Room
One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make when hosting events is believing that success is measured by how many seats are filled. The truth is, filling a room for the sake of optics does nothing for your bottom line. A crowd means nothing if the people in the room aren’t aligned with the growth you’re leading them toward. Every event has a purpose. Every room has a mission. And every person in that room should be there with intention. If the people attending aren’t a match for your “Next Steps Offer”, your solution, or your pathway then why are they there? You can force a room to look big, but you cannot force the wrong audience to take action. And if you had to beg, convince, or pull teeth just to get someone to show up, you’ll be doing the same thing when it comes time for your offer. That’s not business growth. That’s burnout. The right room is full of leaders who are ready for clarity, ready for transformation, and ready to grow. The people you invite should already be in motion. They should value what you’re delivering before they even walk through the door. Be bold enough to curate your room with intention. Be disciplined enough to say no to the wrong fit. Be confident enough to fill your space with people who are hungry for the next level. A smaller room filled with the right people will always generate more revenue, more impact, and more momentum than a packed room of the unqualified. Choose alignment over attendance. Choose purpose over popularity. Choose people who are ready for what’s next. Your business—and your audience—deserve nothing less.
