"Asynchronous" (async) just means "on your own time". If I send you a voice memo Tuesday night, and you respond to me Wednesday morning (and so on) - that's async. It's a way of communicating without needing to be on a zoom call in real time. "Async" is also how you're gonna get that CLEAR + SPACIOUS CALENDAR of unscheduled bliss that we all want 😉 It's a way of structuring your programs, support and sales systems to be less dependent on calls (which are challenging because of schedule conflicts, overcommitted calendars and unexpected interruptions aka LIFE). We talked a TON about designing your program delivery and sales systems to be async in the ​workshop replay here​ - highly recommend you watch it before we take it down! I shared a lot of ideas for making your business more async so you can do way less zoom calls (or none at all). ➡️ Instead of live group calls, include a private podcast where you answer submitted questions from clients as individual mini-episodes. Not only does this create a searchable database of Q&A that will serve clients for years to come, it is way more respectful of everyone's time (no more scrubbing through hours of call recordings to find 1 helpful thing). This is what we do in ​Profit Architecture​! ➡️ Instead of 1:1 calls with your high ticket clients, offer the option to have private async voice note chats with you on scheduled days. My clients are OBSESSED with these and 100% prefer them to calls! ➡️ Instead of requiring someone to get on a sales call to buy your program, offer the option to watch a pre-recorded info video and then ask all their questions via text or voice memo in the DMs (like we teach in ​Profit Architecture​) It's all about giving your clients OPTIONS and meeting them where they're at. People are busy. Your Champagne Clients don't have 3+ hours/week to sit on a call and wait to get their question answered.

how many sales came in over holiday break? 🤔
It's our first day back at work after a glorious 2 weeks offline for the holidays! I hope you had a good break too 😊 Before the break, when I let my clients know we'd be off for 2 weeks, the question came in about how we would keep sales coming in every day while being totally OOO. TBH, I was also curious what would happen! My attitude going into my 2 week break was "I'm going to enjoy this break, and if it means we don't make sales every single day, I'm totally cool with that." I set myself up for success by batching 3 pieces of Micro-Content (like I teach in ​Evergreen Every Day​) and pre-scheduling 5 emails to drip out before I was Out Of Office. After that, I was like "Okay, I've done my part as best I can, now let go and see what happens." So I was surprised and delighted to see this! ⬇️ Sales kept coming in every single day (even when there was NO scheduled emails for 5-6 days there... thanks to the "Evergreen Echo Effect" I talk about in ​Evergreen Every Day​!) We ended up with 97 orders (which is over 130+ individual course sales with order bumps/upsells) over the holiday break, while we were completely off! This is a combination of sales of low ticket $22 workshops, $200 courses and $3500 premium programs (we teach having a mix of profitable products). It's incredible to see how once you build up the momentum over the weeks and months, it can really keep going as you ride that wave! 🌊 So our "sales every day" streak continues since June of 2024...with no signs of slowing down. Ghosting Audience questions -
Ghosting Audience questions - Hi All, I had a major health issues last May that caused me to lose my sight in 1 eye. I took a HUGE step back in my business and haven't sent out any emails. How do I start again? Do I email them with the story or just act like everything is okay? I would prefer to not repeat the story and have a bunch of people responding but not sure how to handle the large absents. I have been in the same industry online for 7+ years

@Mi Mi that is so hard! I stayed in bed for 100 days and lost my vision in my left eye. I tell everyone that it gets better and I wish I would have been easier on myself as I went through this
