The book for July-August is The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. It's a fictional tale about the meaning of life that attained cult-like status when it was first released 30 years ago in 1994, and that's when I first read it. It’s an easy-to-follow adventure story featuring some cosmic concepts of life, the universe, and our place in it. And it’s a book that - if you let it - might just change your life (and if/when it does, encourages you to pay this gift forward by passing it onto another friend who’s ready to receive its very important message). “Your whole life has been a long road leading directly to this moment.” ― The Celestine Prophecy Our 7-week Read-along starts today, and I'll post reflection questions weekly here. Let me know if you're in and commenting below.

New Studio
Hello Everyone! I wonder if there are any other YogaStudio Owners in this Group. I was wondering how much space would you need to set up one?

@Ann-See Yeoh I have seen a space like a garage size with mini kitchenette and toilet in my area, landlady does not know if she wants to rent it yet, but has great potential, as has car park (free) . I would say you could fit 6-8 mats

@Ann-See Yeoh Not yet. Someone will have a word for me with this landlady (so nice to have people liking you innit?!) in case she decides to rent this place

As the comments above, it saddens me to read this. Unfortulately many disciplines have been in the "trend" and gyms/studios/instructors have to "rush" to certify in order to keep their classes... I am not an expert, but so far in my little experience I have seen the Hot yoga, then inferno pilates, now is Wim Hof and Reformer Pilates.. everybody rushes to them until is not "cool" anymore or someone like in this article says is dangerous I myself find reformer pilates as such a great tool specially for recovery in may aspects, from core strengh, post party, pre/post op etc
BODYBALANCE 104
Hi! I've the pleasure of running the quarterly webinar this Sunday at 1215pm, along with Tine Boles. I'm also doing a practice session on June 22, in person and online, if you'd like to join in. Should I continue running these after this release?
