Monday check in
Considering I just came off a mini-vacation with my team, I had a really good week. Steps were not an issue, and I ate 90% the way I wanted to. I actually drank more water. How did everyone else do last week? Any big wins?

We did pretty good last week! Still trying to find a good balance between getting my step goal done and not overdoing it during a pain flareup. But we making babysitters. Hit a new low on the scale. Calories are good. Water is good

Sunday... Reset
Still struggling with sleep and actually struggling with eating enough this week. Definitely feeling exhausted. Also didn't get all my steps in—three things to work on for next week. Some victories that are maybe different: I made my bed every morning, I journaled for 10 minutes every day, and drank all of my water. Drop yours in the comments!

It was a struggle to get all my steps in this week. And my chronic pain has been unbearably high last few days. But I got all my water in and I have been on point with my food intake

Something I've noticed on this journey that I am SUPER proud of. I am no longer living to eat. Now I am eating to live. I NEVER thought I would ever in a million years be able to say that, especially as a binge eater. But I've been binge free since November. I DID THAT
