💬 ChatGPT as a Therapist?
I’ll be honest — I’ve leaned on ChatGPT more than once when anxiety hit hard. It’s not a replacement for a real therapist, but having a space to talk it out without judgment gave me clarity I couldn’t always get on my own. I’ve asked it to walk me through breathing techniques, help me reframe negative thoughts, and even role-play conversations I was dreading. The surprising part? Just typing out what I was feeling — and getting calm, structured responses back — helped me pause, breathe, and move forward. Sometimes the biggest win isn’t “fixing” everything. It’s having a tool that helps you process in the moment so you can keep going. 👉 Curious — has anyone else here tried using ChatGPT for support with stress, journaling, or mindset?

I have not used it in that way, but I've asked questions related to what time of day is best to take certain supplements or medications, interactions between medications and it's completely replaced "Google Dr".

@Jewel Pacheco I did! I had to laugh earlier this week I asked something related to getting better sleep. I finally typed “why don’t you just quit answering me so I can go to bed?” 😂
Time hacking is my superpower.
Hello friends! I'm super excited to join this space. My goal is to elevate my time saving skills. I strive for top level outcomes with minimal, but quality input. I work for local gov't providing grant management & training to elder/senior service providers. My #1 goal is to have an AI "assistant". I need it to produce what I ask for quickly, but sometimes that means I have to teach it what I know. I struggle with prompts when I'm seeking an answer that conveys personality or character. I want AI to improve my ability to be with more people and spend less time in the office. I've used AI to learn Excel, quickly be able to meet the demand of extra work due to staffing shortages and troubleshoot complex data system errors. From this community I hope to get something that I can give away to others for their benefit. The only thing that matters, and all anyone will ever remember about you is how you treat others. If I can learn the hard thing to make life easier for others, I'm all in.

Surviving the horrors on coffee and therapy. My greatest joy: the comments. Free Palestine.
