Me thinking out loud
ME THINKING OUT LOUD: You know that I don't mind sharing a lot of my thoughts, opinions and beliefs..You know what? I could be absolutely right or I can be absolutely wrong. That is OK. They are my thoughts, opinions and beliefs. They are not yours. You have your own and guess what? Just like me, your thoughts, opinions and beliefs could be absolutely right or absolutely wrong as well. For example we don't know how old the world really is. We don't know if the chicken or the egg came first. We don't know if man existed during the time of the dinosaurs. Some think yes and others think no. We don't know for a fact if Jesus died for your sins, or if he was framed or if he committed a crime. Some people think that we came from the stars and others think that we came from the earth. In all honesty we don't know. I know that I was born on August 23rd but was I? The Ethiopian calendar is 7 years behind and prior to the Gregorian Calendar we used a 13 month calendar so was I really born on August 23rd? We've only traveled 10% of the ocean so who's to say that things like dinosaurs and mermaids are extinct. We are finding animals that WE THOUGHT were extinct but we were wrong. You have a philosophy, I have a philosophy and everyone else has a philosophy on how life should be lived. Who's philosophy is right? Mine, yours or theirs? We as a human race have to be the dumbest creature alive. All animals know how they are supposed to live except humans. Instead of killing each other over disagreements wouldn't it be better to agree to disagree. Now don't get me wrong. If someone continues to steal from you and disrespect you cut them out of your life. There's no need to start a war over a disagreement. Like I said I could be wrong, you could be wrong. Shoot all of us could be wrong. What if we were designed to love and worship ourselves and each other? I'm not saying that I believe that but what if? Truth be told compared to what we think we know and what we actually know we are pretty damned retarded but then that's just my opinion. I could be right but then I could be wrong.

@Bear Gonzales thank you for trusting us in this community to share so vulnerably.
Free Full Journey- start off 2026 from a state of alignment
I’m offering a few practicum group sessions to complete my Soma+IQ™ certification and would love volunteers from this community. This is a guided 60‑minute inner journey using circular connected breath and music to release stuck tension, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with clarity and choice. No prior experience required — brief intake, clear guidance, and time to integrate. This Saturday Jan 10 at 10:00 AM EST If you’d like to join, please leave the comment #clarity I will DM you the short intake form and prep notes. Sessions are free for practicum volunteers — Lisa, Artful Insights

#clarity if you’re still looking for volunteers.
Daily practice
Is there a best or preferred time of day to complete the daily practice? First thing in the morning - prepare for the day ahead? End of the day - recharge from the day? Does it matter?

Thank you @Nadeem Al-Hasan and @Adam Carbary
Breathwork Session
After the breathwork session on Day 1 I have a question… During the first half, when it came time for the breath holds, I could only hold my breath for a few seconds because my whole body started shaking and reacting. I just wasn’t able to hold my breath during these grand movements. Will the ability to hold my breath longer come with time and daily practice? Does it matter how long the breath is held? Thanks for any insight :)
