Hi everyone! I played NAIA soccer at Marian University and graduated in 2019. Suffered 4 ACL reconstructions which have made fitness difficult. I continued on to study pharmacy and am about to finish my critical care residency. I am most hoping to find my fitness and nutrition niche to be able to feel confident in my body again and hopefully have less pain!
