This past week, I had a moment where I realized… wow, I’ve been way more stressed than I thought 😅And funny enough, trying to force myself to relax just made me feel more tense. Then something unexpected happened. I started working on a tracker for our upcoming challenge, and when I shut my computer off, I noticed I felt totally calm. Being in my creative zone relaxed me more than wax melts, playing solitaire, or even reading—and I love reading 🤦🏽♀️ It reminded me that real relaxation isn’t always what we think it should be.
