SHOULD WE BRING 4 FOR THE CORE BACK?!
I was going to focus on hitting protein and making that the challenge for May.. but I am thinking y'all need some core in your life!! Thoughts?! I've been getting many questions about my waist training and core in general. I am only showcasing ALL the work that I have been doing for the past few years. It's specific deep core exercises that I do. + I TAKE CARE OF MY GUT HEALTH.. YES OPTI-GREENS 50 AND COLOSTRUM. It is not just a flex. It works. Thoughts on a core challenge?! This was 4 for the core last time.. but I will revamp it!

Here we are locked in! I have been go go go since I woke up! Food is low today. Cardio is high. But we choose to do this. What a privilege. I worked most of the day! So thankful that I get to help you all and grow this mission! It is our duty and obligation if we want to see our society improve. We have to take ownership of our actions! That means taking personal responsibility for our health. That is why the 10k a day matters. We are doing it together. Who else got theirs in?!

APRIL STANDARD: 10K STEPS A DAY — WHO’S IN?
We’re finishing March strong…and we are NOT drifting into April. We’re setting the tone right now. We’re raising the standard and moving with intention right now. For the entire month of April, we’re running a community challenge: 10,000 steps every single day. Daily proof that you are the kind of person who follows through. This is about becoming someone who does what they said they would do. And we’re doing it together. I made a tracker for April so you can print it, save it, or keep it on your phone and check off every day you hit your steps. Post your wins. Post your walks. Post your screenshots.
