Golf elbow pain
There is 2 month that i still have this pain, i am doing physiotherapy, but i am not getting better. I tried to stop all exercises, but i didnt recover 100%. Now days, i am doing only simple exercises, like push up, handstand, l-sit (i feel pain with pull exercises). I dont know what i should do, Does this pain take a long time to heal?

Golfers elbow usually occurs when you use the pronated grip a lot in pulling exercises. As long as it still hurts I would recommend to use supi or neutral grip and when the symptoms are completely gone you can try to slowly progress in the pronated grip again. Hope it helps and have a good recovery!

@Gabriel Pc it took me about 2 weeks with consistent treatments and I trained everything normally, which didn’t hurt in the area
Drills for One Arm Handstand
Hey guys, I am currently trying to get better with my diamond Handstand to have a easier transition to one arm. Which drills helped you guys the most to get to a One Arm Handstand? I am planning on adding drills on the wall and try to get used to standing on one arm… for me it’s hard to shift the hips and get the right connection

@Jannis Neise Will try that, thank you!
Bent arm press to HS struggle
Hey guys, I am really stuck on my bent arm press to Handstand and I’m wondering If y’all have some tips for me or if it’s just a shoulder strength problem. (Training planche until I can tuck press is no option right now because of injury)

@Josef Mueller That’s true, I noticed my shoulder dropping aswell while trying to get my legs up. I will try to fix that and keep you updated, thank you 🙏🏽! And good luck on your Bent arm Press to Hs journey 🤝🏼

@Josef Mueller I just looked at your HSPU double post, my HSPU looks very similar and I thought I’m the only one who can HSPU but not bent arm press to Hs haha. I am pretty sure my shoulder ain’t used to that deep isometric position, because while HSPU you aren’t in that position for so long…maybe if we get the „momentum“ right we could do the movement, but for me it’s very hard to go fast instead of controlled on the press to hs
Front Lever Progress
What helped you guys the most to move progressions in Front Lever? This is my current level, I know the form isn’t perfect yet :)

@Max Cousin Then we‘ll both have to stick to it and make a post, when we reach full front lever 🤝🏼 Yes bro I only did weighted Pull ups for like 1,5 years and got up to 30kg for 6 reps and then started to train front lever specifically in December (before I just did random try’s sometimes) My start was like a 8-10sec hold in adv. tuck…so as Pau mentioned, it’s just a different kind of strength and the transfer wasn’t too big, especially when you are on the taller end and the lever itself is a bit harder I guess.

@Joshua Stahl no Problem :) I just sent a reply to Max where you can read all the information you need I think Good luck on your journey!

Learning how to fall, actively pushing shoulders upwards and controlling the overbalance with my fingers was the most important thing for me personally. And if you reach a certain understanding for the movement I recommend to just do the freestanding hs very frequently
