When everything is going well...
Why am I always feeling like this: Everything is going well, I do everything I need to do to get where I want to be and then something makes me feel down. I start procrastinating even If I don't want to. It's like if I can't get past the plateau. I know the graph might not be accurate but it feels like it. I want to push through. Doing everything so I can align myself into who I really am. I did a lot of changes recently in the past 2 months I've stopped smoking weed, stopped drinking. I've took on a mentorship on Skool because that's what I really want to do. Help people. But I don't feel worthy of it. Like as if I wasn't good enough... Maybe I pressure myself too much... Anyone feeling that way?

🌸 How Stress Messed With My Body
Back in 2023, stress was nonstop for me 😅. I was snapping at people, feeling drained, and my endo symptoms were acting up worse than ever. It was a tough wake-up call: stress wasn’t just in my head it was affecting my body and relationships too. Now, after learning to pause, prep, and prioritize calm, I finally feel the balance returning. ✨ Have you ever noticed stress making your body or relationships worse? What’s one tiny thing you could do today to ease it?

@Ellen Brown Trauma release, I think Aaron shares some videos on this subject on his YouTube channel. But personally, understanding it can make a big difference. I found this a while ago somewhere, and it changed my thoughts on it: "It seems that whenever the normal mind makes a mistake, leading to major physical trauma, all of the sensory/somatic perceptions along with all thoughts and feelings surrounding the “mistake” are stored as-is in a reflex driven avoidance behavior pattern. In other words, since the higher more agile mental abilities failed to protect the creature from life threatening physical trauma, the more primitive reflex driven brain steps in and creates the equivalent of a mental “book mark”, designed to avoid any future situation that resembles what is stored in the book mark. Put another way, rather than learning from the mistake, the creature reflexively avoids any situation that resembles the one where the mistake was made. While less than optimum and a bit draconian, such behavioral constrains are justified when the mental blunder is life threatening.." -unknown source

@Ellen Brown We are here to help each other :)
Once you master your "core frequency" everything changes...
I have a quick announcement and then I'll be sharing the most powerful realization I have had of the last 2 years… first! from now on I will be sending out a weekly newsletter sharing updates, realizations, techniques and resources to help you raise your vibration and transform your life This is my first one sharing the most powerful idea I've had that has recently transformed my life Okay here we go… I have experienced more growth in the last month than I have 2 years with my purpose and mission and growth I've had friends reach out to me asking me what I did to experience this growth… I've had people commenting on my videos expressing gratitude for the kind of energy coming through I've had more opportunities coming into my life than I have in 2 years And it came from completely letting go of results Let me share with you this shift and how you can apply it in your life too A few months ago I was wanting to grow my mission To reach more people, have more impact etc I thought that in order to get "there" I had to do MORE But a few years ago I decided that I was DONE with youtube videos and being a "youtuber" For me to get to the next level… I must stop being a youtuber and start being someone who runs live events If I want to me like my mentors that I look up to like Tony Robbins or Joe Dispenza I must challenge myself to become more So I focused on learning new skills and putting myself out there in a new way No more did I make youtube videos with my whiteboard teaching ideas NOW I run live events and live hotseat coach people in the room In the total unknown! Who knows what will happen? In this process over the last 2 years I have become a great coach and seen many people transform However as time went on I feel I left a part of me behind… I could feel I was trying so hard to become "more" that I had lost connection with who I really am A few weeks ago I felt a desire to get back to my "core" and I realized that much of my life had become about getting THERE instead of being here

We are human BEINGS. We are an expression of what we do. A painter paints even if they aren't good at it in the beginning. A teacher teaches even if no one is listening; everything compounds over time. I realized it after a while. Act like the person you want to be, and after a period of time it will be natural. It will be you, the person you aspire to be, and the old self will just fade away...
Don’t overcomplicate trauma
When I was younger and first wanted to begin healing my past trauma’s that I had suppressed… I overcomplicated it, really I did. I looked at all this content online on trauma, not once did I get a good explanation, just a load of fluff that was not helpful to be honest, just pure sh*t of I am honest. It made me overthink it so much “Oh do I have CPTSD, do I have emotional trauma, do I have physical trauma?” I wish I was told to not overcomplicate things, and this is why I am making this post, as a reminder to someone new who is going to begin their healing journey. Really most of the time guys all trauma is, is just unprocessed emotion, over complicating does not help anything and just makes you overthink, don’t do that. Keep things simple for yourself, tbh this honestly is a general lesson not just trauma related, keep things basic and minimal, don’t overthink.

Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

I'm Maxime from Qc, Canada. I'm here because I have been following Aaron for such a long time, and he's been my first mentor. He made me realize that I can change my personality in order to change my reality. From a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. I felt like I could connect with people with the same mentality.
