Hey team are there any discussions in here talking about encrypting your files and folders that have been delivered to clients so your work is protected?

Admin, please delete if not allowed. This is exactly what Jake has been teaching for years, just said in another way. I think it's a useful video if you're building anything with AI. What are your top takeaways?

My dad is a retired USN, Chief. I'm a Marine. He was and still is a missile systems engineer (he does gov contracting work). He calls me last night and we talk and he makes a comment: "I need to start writing my book" This was the first I had heard of it so I asked: "What is your book about?" For 15 minutes straight he told me this awesome story (dungeons n' dragons style) with characters, the twist, everything... And it opens the loop for the second book which is already in his head. I said "if you say that same story on your phone recording app or your computer, I can show you how to download and use this AI to help you write your book. You'd be surprised out how much easier it will make for you" He got excited. So I built him a book launch ICM with a $30,000 ghost NY times best selling ghost writer skill to help him write it from dictation. Then it will help him set it up with the digital distributions through all of the big players. I sent him 1 artifact that has step by step, where to go, how to download, how to download his ICM zip and point his AI at it, and how to get a free git, basically all of the things I do. My dad's an ICM'er and he doesn't even know it - he's sold :) Focus on people's problems and offer them the solution. I never said anything crazy or over explained anything to him. He went from dragging his feet for years looking at a blank screen feeling overwhelmed to whizbanging around an ICM right now writing a book. This is how you sell ICM. Not by saying what it is. By showing it as the means to solve their problem that they just told you they had. He sent me the text earlier today which means he literally got straight to work. I attached the images so you can see how I prompted my claude to plan out his ICM and bake skills into it for him.

One idea that stood out to me was think as files and folders as the main structure. Before this lesson, I thought I just ask AI about something I gave it a file or some context. The example of thinking in project showed me that I just have to replicate my files locally and give AI access instead of feeding it individual files. The biggest shift in my thinking was that I don't need to change my company structure, I can work with what I already have and expand on it. At the basics, files and folders is what we have and deliver, the UI is just a prety way of viewing things, AI is no different. Istead of loading the files into Claude or ChatGPT, I can retain owenrship and organization locally or on the cloud and point AI to help me do what I want. Going forward, I'm going to contiue evolvling my folder structure and MD files so that I can get more consistent results.

Before watching the video, I gave AI full control and autonomy to just ask and wait for the answer without specific structure. Now I am taking control. I am organizing the folders like departments and specific deliverables at our company. I'm thinking of any AI just like a new hire and what they would need and where they would go to find the resources. Right now I'm still stuck on how to get the AI to audit the markdown files and update them automatically based on changes, but I'm hoping this will be addressed in the upcoming video. The biggest advantage to this is that now we will have full control instead of random answers from AI web sources that might not be relevant to the way we do things.
