Now if you're interested in a specific topic, you don't have to scroll through a whole discussion board to find those posts. Just go to the classroom and you'll find the related posts there. Hey, I’m Maurie
Thanks Lukas and Chelsea for creating this forum. There are already so many good tips in the chats! I’m a life long skier and mom to two boys ages 9& 12. I love to ride the mountain, and find natural features to catch little airs. I’m new to park features- I can 50/50 boxes popping on and off but can’t figure out how to slide 90*. I know I spin right but I can’t seem to find the technique or guts to jump to 90 on boxes. I’m comfy jumping to 90 on snow and good with my board slides on snow, but can’t translate that to the boxes. And I want to slide metal but can’t wrap my brain around that one I feel until I can jump to 90 on a box… Any tips?

I’ve used this activation routine for over 15 years and taught it to hundreds of passionate skiers. It helped me to stay safe and ski many more days in a row. I honestly believe that it is one of the most important reasons for why I still ski park strong at the age of 45 and hit every single feature with confidence 🦾😎🦿 Why this matters: - 💥 Landings usually don’t hurt because of lack of strength - ❌ They hurt because of bad alignment and late reactions - ✅ This routine directly addresses that 👉 Go to Classroom -> Body & Mind -> Activation Watch video first and then use our photo guide everytime before riding to remind you of all the exercises and the correct order. Do it for yourself. Commit to this 6-minute routine, make it a habit, and enjoy the extra days on snow that come from taking care of your body 🤩
