What's the worst part about having a 9-5?

In the last 21 days, I’ve: - Put together a team of marketers - Created a brand new offer - Sold $11k worth of memberships Outsourcing is EVERYTHING. If I was trying to win the skool games on my own, while working a job, and raising a 2 year old… That’s be about as ridiculous as using a paper map instead of your GPS app 😅 Especially when it comes to building a business fast (like you have to for the Skool Games). I’m currently #15 working like CRAZY to get to number 10. Here’s where we’re at: - We’ve grown the free community from 0 to almost 500 members - Sold over $10k worth of memberships with a new offer - And launched multiple JV’s with 1M+ person audiences And that’s what allows you to scale 📈 My whole goal is to leverage what’s already working. (And that’s why my whole offer is to teach people how to buy existing profitable businesses instead of building from scratch) Because leverage just means you get more out, for the work you put in. growing up, i was that kid at school who had to pack his lunch because he couldn't afford food at the school cafeteria. and i always thought: "I'm just poor and there's nothing i can do about it. Having money is for rich people, not me." but in my 20's i started seeing 100's of success stories of people who went from broke to rich. and i slowly started to believe it was possible for me, too. i didn't know HOW... but i figured: "if THEY can do it... so can i." so i shaved my head, closed the windows, locked the doors, and went ALL-IN on growing my business. i studied the GOAT's daily and put in 16 hour work days trying to emulate their success. i saw no sunlight for weeks. the 4 things that made the biggest difference in actually making me more money? NOT A LOGO. NOT A WEBSITE. NOT A LEGALIZED LLC. NOT A FANCY CAMERA. those 4 were all complete time wasters. absolutely useless. here were the real 4: 1) a KILLER niche'd down no brainer offer. "i help vegans make $2,500+/month with coaching, courses, ebooks, freelancing and affiliates" which evolved into: "i help coaches make $10,000+/month by giving them 2 days of 1 on 1 hand holding to set everything up with them + i give them 3 months of group calls for ongoing support and polishing to make sure they're set for life." that offer crushed so hard. it still does. 2) a simplified sales machine. content --> conversations --> client success. all of my client successes then became part of my content and the machine fed itself. 3) more LONG FORM content. initially i was obsessed with the cheap dopamine and instant gratification of putting out short form content. i loved all the 'likes' and 'comments'. but the short form never converted to sales. it wasn't until i went all-in on long form, super helpful videos that i actually started getting calls booked and making sales.

Alex Hormozi says: "If you want more views on YouTube, the most important part of your video is the intro." I took his advice and transcribed the first 10 seconds (ie. "The Attention Grabbing Hook") of the top 10 most viewed videos from my top 10 favourite educators on YouTube - including Hormozi himself. Then I created a fill-in-the-blank framework to model their hooks. ⚠️ WARNING: These fill-in-the-blank frameworks are powerful AF. If you want the fill-in-the-blank frameworks + the YouTube titles & intro scripts that bring in the views, just DM me: "TRANSCRIPTS" and I'll send them over today in a Google doc.
