@Nicole Lenz I look forward to it more than you know. I did your heart meditation today and I cried. I want to tell you that I went through a horrible break up a year ago. It has devastated me. He was younger and wanted children. I told him from the beginning that I was not going to have children that I had a grown daughter and it would be difficult for me to do so. He said he was fine with just me. Then I was diagnosed with BCancer. I told him this is your time to go. He said no what kind of man would I be and he stayed while I had a double mas while I was I. Deep healing after four surgeries I found him in our home with a younger woman. I just had this instinct and I drove there and I found him. There weee dressed. But the damage was done. I trusted him completely. I never doubted him. It was right there that I understood why women could truly hurt a man. I’m not a violent person but I lost it. And I slapped the shot out or him. I’ve never hit a man. I have never been betrayed like this and while losing my breasts. I wanted to die right there and I wanted to take him and this ho with me. That was a year ago. And it is just now that I am beginning to truly face what happened. I think because I went so dark. I also took him back. I disassociated. I did drugs. So many things. But now. I’m finally ready. To face it all. To be free and heal. By far the amputation of my breast was easier than him. And that says a lot. I tell all of this to you because I have hidden for way to long and I have watched your teachings and kundalini saved my life before and I do believe after doing your heart mediation this is no accident that I ended up here with you Nicole. This is why I am here. To heal. To learn. To love myself. Again. Thank you for showing me hope and joy. Mo

Awe. Thank you Nicole. I felt like I just dumped on you but I’m here to heal with you. And process this trauma I have built up. Im healing from another surgery but im not gonna let surgeries stop me anymore because I can still chant and meditate and heal. Kundalini has been so beautiful and weaved in my life and I have just gotten so far away. Sadly. I must return. So here I am. No accidents. . I live in a tiny home so sometimes my wzoom may not connect but can we try for Friday? Grateful. Momo
