It's a harder kriya for me, I feel it working the meridian lines in a powerful way, but each time I fall into ease with it. That's the technology. I look forward to it. Dear sisters, Today we start a new 40 day practice. This Kriya is from a level 2 teacher training manual. By confronting our fears, negativity, and bad habits we call upon our spiritual greatness in ways we didn’t know we had! This is a three part meditation working with angles and the angels. 1. Left arm parallel to the ground under the chin palm down, right arm up right (meet the right palm with the left middle figure). Long inhale through the nose, long exhale through the round mouth (10 mins). 2. Switch the posture right arm parallel to the ground palm facing down left middle finger meets the center of the palm, chant “Har Singh” (5 mins). 3. Hands in prayer, thumbs to forehead chant “ong namo” (1 min), whistle (1 min), long deep breathing (1 min) with hands in lap, breath of fire (1 min) arms at 60 degrees. Breathe 3xs powerfully to end. Some notes; the mantra har Singh invokes the destructive force to conquer all evil. ONG namo calls upon the angels, our higher selves, the energy of the ethers-to invoke oneness and divinity. Hello Goddesses. I just wanted to touch base and say hello. And also, how much Nicole changed my life years ago. She opened me up to forgiveness, grace and love. Her outer beauty intimidated me for a bit, but her inner beauty hooked me. She’s helped me believe in myself, and love myself. I still struggle occasionally, like we all do, but it’s way easier for me to let the feeling of not-enough-ness come and go.

The words of the master: creativity is potentially infinite, but we always get diverted and caught into ritual. We lose the experience and cling to our memory of the experience; we intellectualize it. But to study and talk is not to do and be. The entire self-creativity can be expanded and experienced by simply meditating on the mantra, Gaa-Daa = GOD. God created man simply to reveal himself in the finite as infinity, so create this mantra powerfully and come into harmony with your origins and originality.
