๐Ÿ‘‰ Here's an intro to our 60-day summer transformation challenge! This officially starts June 1st and runs through the entire summer (Juneโ€“August)! But before I finalize the setup, I want to hear from YOU. This challenge is for the players โ€” so help me shape it ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐ŸŽ PRIZES Iโ€™m Thinking About: - AirPods - Beats Headphones - Custom stick from your favorite brand (Bauer, CCM, Warrior, etc.) - What else? I Need Your Thoughts... ๐Ÿ’ญ 1. Would you rather the challenge be 60 days, 90 days, or a reoccurring event every 30 days? 2. Would a MASSIVE prize at the end of the 90 days (like the custom stick) motivate you? 3. Should we do multiple winners โ€” like one each month โ€” or just one big one at the end? 4. Should I build this like a โ€œHockey Versionโ€ of 75 Hard? (daily habits, no days off, start over if you miss one)? 5. What happens if you don't have access to gear one day? What's the substitute? 6. Would 1x off day a week keep you inside the challenge? Thinking you get 1x "flex day" (mental reset/recovery) per week? Current Daily Check-list Would Include... What are some excersises i can do for a quicker release and harder shot?

@Luke Croucher core workouts (rotational) and forearm workouts i just can't seem to get if off quick and hard
Gaining size
Whats the best way to gain size while still being fast i wanna get alot bigger then I am since I'll be playing juniors next fall and I'm not sure what to do to get bigger and stronger without being like a body builder

@Luke Croucher our season just ended last night so I'll be going to the gym 3-4 days a week since I went whenever I could in season since I was busy I'm gonna be playing in ohio or Wisconsin
Supplements
As a 14 year old hockey play that is looking to take my game to the next level should I be taking any supplements to help improve my game and recover faster?

@Alex Hadley 12-16 cups of water a day google says but I just drink somewhere around 3 green Gatorade sport bottles a day works perfect for me

Midkick stick
I got a new stick and went with a midkick instead of low since the low kick sticks were expensive where we were and I didn't want my mom to spend over $200 since she don't got alot of cash currently so how do I use a mid kick i shoot normally like I do with a low kick and it's not as powerful or fast now even putting pressure in the middle of the stick, bauer nexus e.50

@Luke Croucher i use a 65 flex I've used that with all my low kick sticks and not for a mid but can't shoot decently anymore with the mid
