Set back
I just recently broke my toes while dirt biking and I'm really disappointed because the season is just starting up with multiple tournaments that I'm going to miss. But I still want to train and not fall behind while recovering. Do you guys have any workouts that would work for me?

Scouting
How should I be getting noticed by scouts? Should I reach out in an email, if so when? Or should I just let them come to me? Although I don't have the best hands on the ice I have the best competitive drive. Every shift I go out to make at least one difference, such as winning a puck battle, laying a hit to force a turnover or feeding my teammates crisp passes. These make up for my lower points so that is why I was wondering if I should reach out to scouts to watch videos of me or come in person instead of looking at points to show my competitive drive.

How to make your presence known on the ice as a smaller guy?
offseason gym training !
help me. since i turned 16 i've been allowed to have a gym membership because in france you have to be at least 16 to go to the gym. i'm 6'3 for 200lbs and i want to work on my explosivity and build muscle in general because my goal is to join a prep school at the end of my schooling in france (2027). I'd like to develop as an agitator and power forward, a bit like Matthew Tkachuk. I don't have a program at the moment. I plan to go to the gym every day and rest on Sundays. Can you help to build a Program adapted to my physique and style of play?💪

I play u16 and I am 15 so next year I am able to play jr hockey (A, B,C), how should I get stand out from the rest to play jr next year. Should I reach out to some coaches or let them come to me?
