🧠 One thing I've learned from working as a psychotherapist, teacher and trainer...
Most people don't need more motivation. They need better tools. Most of us already know what would help: ✔ Sleep more ✔ Exercise more ✔ Spend less time worrying ✔ Be more present The challenge isn't knowledge. It's knowing what to do when stress, anxiety, self-doubt and overthinking take over. That's why I created MindHackers.https://www.skool.com/mindhackers-calm-your-mind-4054/about A community focused on understanding how the mind works and learning practical tools from psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness that actually help in everyday life. No toxic positivity. No pretending life is easy. Just better tools for being human. What's one mental habit you've been trying to change recently?

#AskMeAnythingSaturday - Community Experience Architect
Your community is already teaching members what to do, what to ignore, and whether they belong. That is where my work lives. For today’s #AskMeAnythingSaturday, bring me the question that keeps circling in your head about your community. - Maybe people are joining but not participating. - Maybe they are not using the classroom. - Maybe they are not moving into the next offer. - Maybe your onboarding looks fine, but something still is not working the way you planned. You do not need to explain your whole group. Give me the smallest amount of context you have, and we can start there. Prefer to ask privately? Say DM me in the comments, and I’ll message you. ~ Your Skool Building Bestie 🩵 Faith

@Faith Adebayo hey faith thanks so much to this. Its early stages and I think I'm jumping the gun. Got a good level of commitment but always want more. I think your suggestions are good and think I'm on these mainly, although I'll defo be keeping an eye. Many thanks

Simple Question: Do You Like Wine?
If yes, do you have a favourite varietal like Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc? Do you have a favourite winery or country?

I love wine, been getting into it more and more. My favs are both from Puglia in the heel of Italy - primativo and negromaro although I live so many others

@Joe Hache you won't regret either
Your mind is running old software!
Ever wonder why you... ⚠️ Overthink ⚠️ Stress about things that never happen ⚠️ Replay conversations ⚠️ Assume the worst ⚠️ Struggle to switch off Your brain evolved to keep you alive. Not calm. Not confident. Not happy. That's why it constantly scans for threats, problems and worst-case scenarios. The good news? Once you understand the software... You stop letting it run your life That's why I built the Mindhackers: Calm your mind community. To give real folks 🧠 Practical psychology 🎯 Tools for real life 🫁 Nervous system training 👁️ Awareness & attention 💬 Live Q&As 🤝 A community of people learning how their minds actually work No toxic positivity. No guru nonsense. No pretending life isn't hard. Just better tools for being human.

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

@Beth Rutherford I tried tried to make a living from writing for 16 years, it was fun, and I went to some great places but it was hard. What your doing sounds amazing. I'm still writing but its less front and centre than it used to be. Are you still writing?

@Peter Di Giorgio thanks mate. I studied it all for a long time and was the guinea pig for most of the techniques I teach. I'm still amazed at what they do for people and wish they were taught more universally
