Holding these 3 postures for as long as you can will accumulate large amounts of energy in the body, naturally, without having to burn up your quintessential chi using mind intent. Physical exercise and postures have huge effects on our energy bodies. To learn more about this concept, practice the strengthening postures on a daily basis!
