Ceremonial Cacao?
I was overhearing a conversation with some people at a coffee shop today talking about ceremonial cacao. After some brief searching on Al Gore’s internet, I get the gist of it. However, would love to hear about experiences you’ve had with it, if you’re willing to share?

Why have I been avoiding this responsibility?!?
Gents, as silly as it may seem, one responsibility I have been avoiding was my garage. We could always park both cars in it, but was always an annoyance when I left the house or arrived. Decided to do something about it today! Still not perfect, but much better! Crazy how journaling can create tasks for you!

I like to think of this as marketing vs sales in a way. People really gravitate to finding their own way to answers instead of being told what is a benefit. Holding a standard and being the example is a powerful message in and of itself. If we have to persuade people to rescue themselves, then they are dependent on your direction and have to delegate their sovereign to you. Great concept!
