Gents, I'm a huge fan of challenges. Things like IRONMAN, 75 Hard, and ultramarathons have played a huge part in my life for a long time. While listening to a recommend podcast by @Mike Rouzer yesterday, I had a chance to reflect on my social media usage and a desire to make a change. I respond much better when I have a structure and can be pushed to go 'all in.' Since my body is in a season of deep repair, signing up for a physical event is off the table, but that doesn't mean I can't be training for SOMETHING. I'd like to propose a challenge for the month of July. Initial thoughts are to start with a 48 - 72 hour fast then a set of commitments we can all hold each other accountable for completing. I'd love to hear if you guys would be interested and if so please share your suggestions to make this all inclusive group experience!
