So much learning, implementing and potential to make! We have such good feedback from clients but doing this I realised we are only at a 2 in that area and a huge amount of improvements to do.

Our priority this week/month is to nail our Scope of Work template! Revise every trades scope lines and make sure every scope of work we send out per bathroom is consistent so the site supervisor has clarity moving forward!
What is everyone's local Area Marketing?
Just released an insta reel about how a $30 sign generated close to seven figures. I walked onto a site years ago and noticed our builder sign was chucked next to the skip bin. So I went and pulled a lead that originally came from a sign and mapped the referral tree, one customer referred another, who referred another, and so on. Close to seven figures from a single $30 sign. Went back to the guys on site and showed them. After that, it became a process. Every single job, sign installed correctly. Neighbours walking past, people in the area seeing it. That's how it compounds. What are you guys doing for local area marketing right now? Signs, vehicle wraps, anything else that's working?

We have a few advertising signs around town in some high traffic areas, and vehicle signage! But not site signs yet. It’s been on our list for ages but definitely something I may need to put back to priority as I think it’s well worth it as you’ve realised and explained @Steve Novkovic . Is there a certain standard or style you use, keep it simple, or add site hazards to it aswell?
