5 contributions to ADHD Burnout Reset For Men 40+
Good morning guys! Please give me feedback 🤗
Hey guys, please watch this video and give me some feedback on it, I do a lot of filming my thoughts because it's easier for me as someone with ADHD especially while I'm driving when I think the best. Maybe you can relate?

I like the idea of the community you are building. Like-minded men who can give and receive some help to/from others in similar situations of feeling like they're unable to get life done anymore. I'm definately interested in hearing from others who are maybe experiencing similar struggles and how they are coping with it day to day...And if anything I can share could help someone else that would be amazing.
Looking for direction from you
Hey guys, So I'm curious what kind of things are you interested in?As men over 40, what do you think separates you from the rest of the ADHDers? 😔 I want to hear from you guys. Is it: 1. Low energy? 2. Having trouble being a provider, or keeping up with the mask of a provider? 3. Not being happy with where you're at in your life and wanting to do something else? 4. Not being the man you would like to be in your relationship or the father you would like to be? I want to know. Please share.

For me Jesse, it's the fall off. The being able to push push push for so many years and get life done behind the mask. Then suddenly it feels so difficult to push through and get life done. In the last 5 years I: 1. Turned 50. 2. Lost my last remaining parent. 3. Had COVID destroy my career shift by rewriting the economy in a couple years. So suddenly now I have little to no energy to "push through" and no willpower to try anymore. I don't know if one, two or a combination of these events left me feeling this helpless and useless, but fact is that I do feel that way.. But life demands to be lived..I have to work, I have to pay bills, I have to deal with the "new" post COVID reality of higher prices and same revenue. Fact is I feel like I'm not effective as the parent/husband/provider like I used to and I don't know how to find it.
The Brotherhood of Free Thinkers
I’ve spent years building communities and fostering healing in my day job at a treatment center. Now, I’m bringing that experience online to create something different: a space where men support men without the fluff or the clinical red tape. I’m 45, 9 years sober, and I didn't get my ADHD diagnosis until I was 38. I spent years feeling like I didn't fit the mold. But here is what I’ve realized: men with neurodivergence and mental health struggles are often the world’s best free thinkers. We don’t just follow the crowd; we think outside the box, innovate, and see the world through a different lens. This community is specifically for those men. Whether you're navigating ADHD, anxiety, or the weight of a late diagnosis, this is your tribe. We are here to turn our "chaos" into career and entrepreneurial success. I have high hopes for what we can achieve when we stop struggling in isolation and start uplifting one another. Join us. This is just the beginning of what we’re going to build together.

I like what you're saying, and I fit the description. Feeling lost the last few years as my motivation and energy have dropped to record lows. Some of it is age, but the majority is exactly what you are saying on here. And yes, I would like to consider myself a world class free thinker lol.,
A Sneak Peak 👀
I want to give you guys some exclusive early access to some of the content that I'm currently building. This video and explainer are part of my workflow when I am creating YouTube videos. It helps me to be able to remember what I'm speaking about as much as I know these things. Since I have ADHD, I can forget quite easily, and I have learned the ways that I learn best. This is how I do it! Hopefully, it can be helpful for you with the video explainer. This video is about how we experience ADHD in our 30s and then going into our 40s. Please watch and comment what you think. I want to hear your feedback. And be ready for a future YouTube video I will be building on this that I can share here.

Never been diagnosed but damn that is me. I have a few things that factor in to my situation, so I've never known "which one" had caused the issues.. Really I know I'm the sum of my experiences.. But it's going in a scary direction that feels out of control. Great info in the video.
Classroom?
I have a lot I can add to the classroom, however I'm curious what kind of things you might want to see in there? How do you learn? Us guys with ADHD don't usually learn the same way as your average Skool communities... Like I'm not really a big fan of reading a ton of stuff nowadays, I would much rather learn through something interactive or videos, I don't mind doing short worksheets and that kind of stuff but I like things that are more interactive. What are your thoughts? What kind of learner are you?

Going to have to agree with the " interactive and videos" thinking.. Reading tons just gets tiresome for me and I don't take in info as I should.
