Anyone have any issues with the voice AI offering times 1 day off? For example, it offers times for "Friday September 13th" and "Monday September 16th".
@Tom Pacheco do you have a knowledge base associated with the account you are referencing? Come to find out...the account I was having issues with had a knowledge base that I did not insert. It was throwing everything off.
Does anyone have the info Assistable would need when sending a webhook to them so that the bot can respond to inbound sms if in any event it stops (likely because of an issue with ghl)?
