Here are the top 3 business lessons:
1. Don't expect things to come quickly. Business is a long-term game, enjoy the micro things and plan the macro Love the process and the output will take care of itself. Trust in a higher power to take care of your business finances and stop worrying. Money doesn't come to you because you're in financial insecurity. 2. Stick with one thing and only one thing I switched business models 4-5 times within the last 3 quarters of this year alone, bad mistake. Only now do I realize... just stick with one thing and do it for a very long time. Until you have enough data to make a justified decision to change or pivot 3. Your business doesn't work if you don't work Work on myself before the business. Because if business does not work, I don't work. I can grind all I want, if I don't take time to stay mentally & emotionally sane, the business will die as a result. But also there's a time to ignore how you feel and stick to the plan. These are the 3 biggest lessons I've learnt (the hard way unfortunately) in business, and let's see what I learn more in the next quarter of the year. If you did like the lessons here, leave a comment of what were your biggest lessons as well

Never forget who the most important person is in your business, he pays for everything you need and want… he’s your boss and he’s your customer…
New to here
Hello everyone, new to this. I run SMMA agency for local businesses in the US. Looking to learn ghl, how to onboard google ads clients, onboard the app and understand more on how we can benefit.

Awesome @Benjamin S , what’s your strategy for client acquisition?
Got my first CLIENT!!
Got My first Client. Its a weird deal LOL. Its like a 1 on 1 Mentoring for $497 a month instead of a free trial. Launched his ads at $5 a day and hes already gotten 3 leads in 2 days! He's pumped. I'm sure this will turn into $1500 a month. But hey. At least I didnt give up a free trial LOL

Introduction
Hey everyone glad to be part of this group. I’ve been in business since 2007 in the house cleaning industry. I currently have 3 locations. For GHL I work with other house cleaning business to set up their GHL and out systems in place that I’ve seen help my company. Look g forward to connecting with all of you

Clients need you
Midweek grind’s on, and I’ve got a big sales call lined up with a client who could level us up. If you’re just starting, here’s some advice: go into every meeting knowing you’re the solution they need. Confidence is important, but more than that, having a system behind your approach is what closes deals. Prepare well, know your worth, and deliver. It’s not luck—it’s process. What does your midweek grind look like?
