Letter back from Equita dismissing Captains Advocacy
Hi all, I sent my first Captains Advocacy letters (intro/POA) To Equita for council tax debt. I got a letter back stating that they haven't purchased the debt (mmm!), that they are collecting on behalf of the council. Also they state that they are not governed by FCA guidelines and they cannot communicate with my captain. ANY Advice? I have already sent the Freeze interest letter off. Thnaks Matt

Courtless Debt Solution
Sorry I feel like I am constantly asking questions on this process! When completing the I&E form, under the debts section. Is this to list all debts or just the one for that particular creditor? Thanks

Hi all, im ready to send everything to the debt agencies although this is probably a dumb question but if I have captain boomerang as my LPOA, do I fake signature as the captain? Im guessing I do?

Hi folks!! This may be a daft question. For the introductory letter that you send from the captain on behalf of us. Is it a made up signature that’s put on that one? I’m just about to send it out and wanted to check. Thank you

Hi All, new here, been awake for some time but only just learning about all this stuff. I to am setting up a Captains Advocacy. Just a couple of questions to any gurus out there? Who do we send the letter to ? CEO,CFO etc or anybody in the bank/agency? Also do we sign with our Captains made up (proxy )name?
