I don't know how you guys do it - courtt cases and all sorts. I think I've taken on too much for myself and its all getting a bit much to keep on top of. Bank Loan -> Wescott SAR 2 sent to TSB and Wescott and Wescott tryng to call. CC 1 -> Limbo after Letter 1 & 2. CTx -> Mag Court been and Gone, then Letter saying "nice to meet you", "got til 31st Aug 2025". CC 2 -> Sent Lowell SAR 1, Need to send SAR 2 CC 3 -> Sent Lowell SAR 1, Need to send SAR 2 Utils (Gas + Elec) keep sending letter To Occupier/Resident and have set up an account and bills for Occupier/Resident (lovely). I've given notice to quit rented but I put 12 months on the contract (online) = March 2026. Though if I/they find someone, I can lleave earlier. Hi, it’s me again! I sent the intro letter and LPOA to Motonovo. They’ve now acknowledged it however they want to physically speak to ‘the captain’. Obviously that can’t happen because he’s not real. What would you advise as a next step? Thank you

Sorry folks - now that I’m off and have time to deal with this, I have additional questions. For context I’m based in Scotland. I’ve printed off the intro letter and the LPOA form. The latter requiring my signature and also a witness signature. My question is - for the witness signature is this also a fictional person? or do you need to ask someone you know - I’m not really wanting anyone to know my business. Thank you in advance
