My morning journal, picture pre jiu-jitsu and post, and my evening journal. I'm feeling grateful. All the extra challenges that came up through this challenge (illness, family, injury) all came up to prove I could do the one thing I wanted to really change. When you trip and fall on a hike or something gets in your way you don't have to start the hike over or give up, you just keep going or go around. This is what I wanted to instill in myself, just keep going.
