Stated a new job at the start of the week. It’s a bit chaotic right now, but that suits me fine, I think. There’s way too much going on that the smallest of distractions (this) is helping me keep safe, but not effective.. 😬 Just had flashing lights in my eyes… which could be the start of a migraine 😅

Those years weren’t wasted. They built discipline, resilience, and the ability to keep going when things get uncomfortable. I’ve always had a difficulty in taking in spoken information I’ve wanted to hear and have been getting more frustrated with mishearing or formulating responses that were never said. Your recent TikTok post has been the straw that I need to really focus on me and why I’m ticking way too many ADHD boxes.
