📣Big Update For ADHDreamer 📣🎉
Alright… I’ve been thinking. ADHDreamer is growing steadily. And I want to reward the people who are here early. So here’s the deal 👇 Everything inside the classroom – all modules – all resources – everything we build Access unlocks at Level 3. So let’s get you there. Engage. Interact. Comment. Be part of building this. Level up and it’s yours. But here’s the twist… Once we hit 100 members, the classroom will go back to paid access. Which means: If you’re inside ADHDreamer before we reach 100, you get lifetime access once unlocked. Forever. This is my way of saying thank you to the early builders. Quick clarity: 1:1 coaching is separate and not included in the classroom access. However, any founding member who wants deeper 1:1 support before we hit 100 will receive a significant private founder discount. That opportunity won’t exist once we cross 100. We’re building something grounded. Calm. Real. A space where adults with ADHD can actually function better. And I want the first 100 to feel like founders. If you know someone with ADHD who needs a proper adult space now is the time to invite them. When we hit 100, the door changes. Appreciate every one of you here 🙌 Let’s build this properly. Steve🫶

Welcome to ADHDreamer
Welcome to ADHDreamer. If you’re here, you’ve probably felt stuck before. You start strong, then fall off. You procrastinate. You feel behind. And eventually, you end up blaming yourself. I want you to hear this clearly: You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. Your brain just works differently not worse. I’m Steve. I’m a dad, and for years I worked 40+ hours a week while feeling overwhelmed, disorganised, and like I was missing out on my own life. I kept trying to force myself into systems that were never built for how my ADHD brain actually works. Nothing changed until I stopped trying to fix myself and started building systems that fit me. That’s why I created ADHDreamer. This is not a hustle space. This is not a productivity bootcamp. And you don’t need motivation to be here. This space is built for ADHD brains: - You don’t have to keep up - You don’t have to post - You can disappear and come back - Reading quietly still counts Progress here is non-linear and that’s allowed. We focus on: - reducing unnecessary pressure - building momentum without shame - designing life and work around your brain, not agains it If you want to, you can introduce yourself in the Start Here thread. No pressure but if it helps, you can answer: - one system you’re tired of forcing - one thing you want more freedom from That’s it. You don’t need to catch up. You don’t need to prove anything. Just land. Welcome to ADHDreamer.

How ADHDreamer works
How ADHDreamer Works If you’ve ever joined a community and immediately felt overwhelmed this is the opposite of that. Here’s everything you need to know. Nothing more. 1. You don’t need to keep up There is no schedule to follow here. No “Day 1, Day 2, Day 3.” No falling behind. You can dip in, disappear, and come back whenever you need. That’s not failure here it’s expected. 2. Participation is optional (and flexible) In ADHDreamer: - Reading counts - Reacting counts - Commenting one sentence counts - Saying nothing counts You don’t need to post to belong. This is a low-pressure space by design. 3. What this space is for ADHDreamer exists to help you: - stop forcing yourself into systems that don’t stick - reduce shame around inconsistency - build life and work around how your brain actually functions - move toward more freedom at your own pace This is not about fixing you. It’s about designing better systems. 4. What this space is NOT This is not: - a hustle group - a productivity bootcamp - a “just be more disciplined” space - a place where motivation is expected If you’re exhausted by those environments, you’re safe here. 5. Where to start (if you want to) If you feel like it, head to the Start Here thread and answer: - one system you’re tired of forcing - one thing you want more freedom from That’s it. No long intros required. If you don’t feel like it skip it. 6. How often I’ll post I’ll usually post once or twice a week. Short reflections. System shifts. Reframes that help things feel lighter. You don’t need to watch everything or respond to everything. Take what helps. Leave the rest. Final thing to know You don’t need to “get ready” for this space. You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to be consistent. Just being here is enough. If you ever feel overwhelmed, step away the space will still be here when you come back. Welcome. You belong here 💙
🌈 SUPER SUNDAY: FIND YOUR PEOPLE
Quick question for all the ADHDreamers here… Have you ever walked into a space online and thought: “Finally… people who get it.” Not people trying to fix you. Not people telling you to try harder. Just people who understand how your brain actually works. That’s what communities like this are meant to be. Not perfect. Not polished. Just real people figuring life out together. So today for Super Sunday, I want to open the floor. 👇 If you run a community that supports people in some way, share it below. Tell us: • What your community is about • Who it’s for • Why you created it Maybe it helps people with ADHD. Maybe it’s creativity, healing, business, art, or just feeling less alone in the world. Whatever it is this is your space to share it. And if you see a community in the comments that resonates with you… Go say hello. Go explore. You might just find another corner of the internet where you belong. Because sometimes the biggest thing ADHD brains need isn’t productivity hacks… It’s people who understand the journey. 👇 Let’s see what beautiful communities exist out there.
🌈 SUPER SUNDAY: FIND YOUR PEOPLE
Scatterbrain Saturday 🧠
Quick one for the ADHDreamers… If someone gave you a completely free day with zero responsibilities, what would you actually end up doing? Be honest… not the ideal version the real version. 😅 Mine would probably look like: • Start something productive • Make a coffee • Pick up my phone for “two minutes” • Suddenly it’s 2pm and I’m researching something completely random Your turn 👇 What would your real free day look like?
