Vains are deaf after Pull-Ups
Last monday me and a friend did 1000 Pull-Ups as a fun challenge. Everything worked out fine and we finished all the reps with proper form. However a few days later one of my vains in the left arm does hurt a bit when doing Pull-Ups again. It also feels a bit deaf when touching it. Do you know what this could be, i really feel fine all the time, i am just a bit worried that it is smthing lasting for longer.

Last bit of One-Arm Pull Up
I am currently working on my one arm Pull up, however i cannot do the last few cm to get the chin over the bar. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to train this part specifically?
Combine Running with Calisthenics
Hey guys, i am currently planning to add long endurance running to my training plan. Is there anything inportant i have to think about? Does it make more sense to do the running on the rest days or rather on the same day as my regular training?

@Ramon Reuter thanks for the answer. I think i have to clarify a bit, sprints on my rest days would serve as part of my Recovery plan, since it supports active recovery and benefits cardiovascular health. However i am planning to do long-endurance training (towards Marathon), which would add additional stress to my body.

It is not always up and down
Hi guys, I decided to share a quick tip that helped me a lot in the past. I noticed there is a lot of you trying to learn muscle up or handstand push ups. If you are one of those, than this might help! 🔥 Your head and imagination are sometimes even more importaint than strenght, especially in more complicated moves like these. So I will talk a bit about thinking about and understanding trajectory of these movements. When you started with basics, you were introduced to pullups and dips. While in pull up you are trying to go straight up and touch the bar with your chest in straight line, you wont be able to do a muscle up with this movement. When you are attempting for a muscleup, think about doing a rounded movement, not just up, but around the bar! Its a circle, not a straight line, so when you start pulling, dont do it like a pull up, go up AND BACKWARDS. Watch some videos of guys doing muscle ups and I am sure you will see that now for sure. Same in the HSPU, it is not like a dips - up and down, it is about leaning forward while going down, and pushing back while going up. I can explain details to you so feel free to ask in the coments. I hope its all clear and that I helped to some of you. Stay strong guys ❤️‍🔥🫡

Thanks for the advice, i am actually interested in the part 'bout HSPU. When i do Handstand my head is already slightly in front of my body. If i now go down i always go into an banana to push up. It works, but i guess it is less effective. Do you have any tips on this?
