Start from the easiest variation and pyramid your way back up. 1. Australian Pull ups 2. Band assisted/Assisted machine pull ups 3. Regular pull ups 4. Weighted pull ups Following these progressions is gonna get tou back to front level training for sure. But the most important thing is whatever got you injured is what you should try to avoid
Weighted Pull upp
Weighted Pull Upp 40kg x4 Not that clean but i am trying to do it better.

Good stuff but tbh I would say lower the weight and do 30/35kgx8 and work on making the form a lot better 💪🏼
Handstand
Long way to go but getting better at hand stand😅

That’s good I recommend doing chest to wall also so you don’t get that curved banana handstand 💪🏼

❓Questions
High pull ups
Does someone have any tips for high pull ups? Like grip, body shape, line of pulling etc. I will appreciate it because I'm really struggling to pull below my chest

Pull in a C shape and do high sets of low reps, so 3-4 high pull ups because then you’ll lose the height you’re pulling at very quickly since high pull up use a lot of torque (explosiveness). Also use a resistance band in the later sets to take some load off that way you’re still pulling higher and taking advantage of not being too fatigued
Calisthenics equipment on budget

You can make your own parallettes by going to a place that sells hardware goods here’s a vid, there’s probably even cheaper alternatives if you’re on a budget https://youtu.be/yehdZfvOOkE?si=PnvxBy1wGQicXv9W

@Guillaume Rosolen yea people recommend these but they’re long asf so you’re gonna need a duffel bag which is a bit annoying to carry but these are definitely sick
