How to get visible abs?
Currently I have a body fat percentage of 17.7% What workouts can I do at home without any Equipment for visible abs Should I also look to decrease my body fat % even further?

It's a very good question I also looked for but Im I found that the abs go to train alone with the other exercises and that it was not useful to do exercises focused on the abs, if someone can confirm

I need 5 points to be level 3 so I'll ask you how long have you been going to the gym and how long have you had results? Because as said in me intro it's been 3 months since I've been going and still nothing.
