If you want to advance your level more quickly, instead of just liking a post, comment as well even if it is just to say: Got It or something simple like that. This will give you a point toward advancing levels.

"The Write Way" has met a milestone of sorts, if your into celebrating small achievements. I am well pleased with the growth in this short period. With 42 members in 1 month, I think we are doing quite well. It has been and, dare I say, I believe will continue to be a work in progress. There is no doubt that the number of members includes some that are wanting to get their name and works out to the public, and that is ok. If you stick with it and reach the level 5 milestone you can request a pre-approved promotion, such as the one I posted on my Level 5 achievement. An option I am implementing in an effort to spark participation is a competition using the leaderboard. Starting with the Sunday following this Sunday's Live session (March 29th), I will allow the highest seven day leader present to talk about their published works, showcase their webpage, their skool community, or talk about the services they offer for hire. This will of course be recorded and posted for all to see. My first Course is now live and available to those who reach level 5. It and any that follow will also be a part of the Tiered paid subscription I am developing. Please chime in, if you find value in this community and want to see it grow and expand in membership. Also know that, I value your opinion and input. So, please let me know your thoughts for the community.

Some more advice on Leveling up. One thing that helps you level up is when other members like your posts. So, try either writing some insightful teaching point or a question that others might like because of their agreement with it. Also, if you want to help a particular member who has posted, like their post. Lets help each other grow. There may be some additional perks coming that will be connected to leveling up or other participation, such as attending weekly live session, etc., as soon as I can think of them. I'd like to give some physical prizes for something, like a community shirt or had, but I think it would be sketchy asking for your addresses to which I would send things. What do you think? Is there another way to do that? Would a free one on one hour of editing or brainstorming your project be a good prize?

We need to honor and reward the input of the many members who have joined us in hope of getting something out of the advice they give. I am not naive to think there is not an underlying hope of some members to get some exposure and make connections for not only their available services but also for sales of the hard-gained lifeblood available on their respective websites, amazon, or wherever they may be available for purchase. Therefore, I am going to make it worthwhile to our professional members by allowing them to submit their information to me for posting in the pre-approved promotions section and after they reach level 5 (let me know, in case I miss it) they will posted to remain there as long as their participation in the community remains active at least monthly. In fairness, I will also hold off posting my finished works and services there until I reach lever 5 as well.
