Monday Kickoff
Welcome to Week 1 of the Performance Lab. This week is not about perfection. This week is about momentum. Your only goal this week: 🎯 10 real estate conversations Not texts. Not liking posts. Not scrolling Zillow. Actual conversations with humans. Examples: • Past clients • Friends or family • Local business owners • Referral partners • Neighbors • People in your target client profile Your job is simple: Talk to people and tell them what you do. The agents who win in this business are not the smartest. They are the ones who consistently talk to the most people. Drop a comment below when you hit your first conversation of the week. Let’s go.

I am volunteering for the concession stand and being the dug out mom some for my sons baseball team this spring and I talked at least 15 people at practice but got to the real estate subject with 6 so far it's a start and we have another practice tomorrow evening they weren't in depth real estate conversations but they are aware I am a real estate agent now at least.

I've talked to 9 more people but being honest they were just casual mentions that I'm a real estate agent during conversations. Since they are not actually people I really know yet I'm not real sure how to get to a more serious real estate conversation yet.
My heartfelt apologies
Hey everyone 🤍 I wanted to take a moment to speak to you all directly. First, I owe you an apology. This week did not start the way I intended, and I know that matters—especially in a space where you’ve committed your time, energy, and trust. I take that seriously. Some unexpected family responsibilities came up, and my focus had to shift in a big way. The good news is everything is getting resolved, and my dad will be heading back home to Virginia soon. That means I will be fully back and locked in with you starting next week. And I want you to hear this clearly… We are getting this lab back on track. Now—while I may have been pulled away, your progress does NOT pause. If anything, this is where the real work happens. Your focus right now is simple: • Have as many conversations as possible • Get crystal clear on your target client • Define exactly who you serve • Understand what makes you different • Start identifying where those people actually are This is the foundation of everything we’re building. Without this clarity, nothing else works the way it should. Don’t overcomplicate it—just lean into action and awareness. Also hear me on this… You are exactly where you need to be. There is a reason you’re in this room, at this time, with this group. Even a “slow” or “messy” start is still forward movement if you stay in it. I appreciate your patience with me more than you know. It doesn’t go unnoticed, and I don’t take it lightly. Next week, we come back stronger, more focused, and ready to build real momentum together.
