This paleo-friendly recipe is made with wholesome ingredients and is naturally gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Choose your crust: * Almond Flour Crust: * 1 cup almond flour * 1/4 cup tapioca flour * 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted * 2 tablespoons maple syrup * 1/4 teaspoon sea salt * Coconut Flour Crust: * 1/2 cup coconut flour * 1/4 cup tapioca flour * 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted * 4 tablespoons maple syrup * 1/4 teaspoon sea salt * 1/4 cup water or Buy One For the filling: * 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree * 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk * 1/4 cup maple syrup * 2 large eggs (or flax egg replacement: 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal + 3 tablespoons water per egg) * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger * 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves * 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Instructions: 1.
