Are You Actually Ready for 2026 — or Just Hoping It’ll Be Your Year?
We’re officially in that season where everyone starts saying things like ā€œNext year is going to be differentā€ā€¦ but different doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because you planned for it, built systems to support it, and decided ahead of time what Q1 is going to look like. So ask yourself: āž”ļø Do you have a clear plan for Q1? āž”ļø Or are you crossing your fingers and hoping good things just happen? āž”ļø If 2025 felt chaotic, what’s your strategy to make 2026 feel intentional? Momentum doesn’t start in January. It starts now, with clarity and a plan you’re willing to follow. If you know you want 2026 to feel more focused, intentional, and profitable, come join us inside the Next Level Creator Hub. Take a moment, reflect honestly, and vote below. šŸ“Š Poll: How prepared do you feel for 2026?

@Mona Weathers Yes. One person bought a low ticket offer in the Classroom and went on to buy my full course (which is hosted elsewhere at the moment). And then a 2nd person bought my full course after hosting my first coffee chat. My daily community activity is around 20 a day. Skool says 70% are active members. How is that determined? Out of 100 people only 4-5 are regularly commenting. No one posts. But being an older demographic, this might be normal

@Mona Weathers I'm just posting questions in the group and trying to engage them. In my auto DM, rather than say here's the starter pack in the Classroom, I ask them "What song would you like to play on the piano?" I added this a couple of days ago. I've also created a more detailed onboarding video which shows how to use Skool.
āœ… 7 Habits of Highly Effective YouTubers
(A Stephen Covey–Style Framework for NewTubers) 1. Be Proactive → Be a Creator, Not a Consumer Highly effective YouTubers don’t wait for ideas or perfect conditions. They take initiative: • Create before you feel ready • Publish even when it’s imperfect • Learn by doing, not planning forever • Resist getting stuck binge-watching other creators • Join Skool communities like the NewTubers YouTube Collective šŸ‘‰ NewTubers YouTube Collective https://tinyurl.com/NewTubers-YouTube-Collective Mantra: ā€œI don’t wait for motivation — I create momentum.ā€ āø» 2. Begin With the End in Mind → Know the Channel You’re Trying to Build Before you make videos, be clear on: • Who you want to serve • What your channel helps them achieve • What transformation your content creates • What value your channel will be known for in 1–2 years This gives you a true north, so you stop pivoting randomly. Mantra: ā€œEvery video is a brick in the channel I’m building.ā€ āø» 3. Put First Things First → Focus on Inputs, Not Outcomes New YouTubers get overwhelmed by: • Sub count • Views • Analytics • Monetization Effective creators focus on what they control: • Publishing consistently • Improving titles & thumbnails • Increasing watch time • Making better hooks • Studying audience retention Mantra: ā€œI prioritize creation and improvement — the algorithm will follow.ā€ āø» 4. Think Win-Win → Make Every Video a Deal Between You and the Viewer Your video succeeds only if both parties win: • Viewer wins: They get value, entertainment, clarity, or transformation • You win: You earn watch time, retention, subs, trust Every idea should pass the Win-Win test: • Does this thumbnail promise a benefit viewers actually want? • Does this video respect my viewers’ time? • Am I giving more than I’m asking? Mantra: ā€œIf the viewer wins first, I win naturally.ā€ āø» 5. Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood → Study Your Audience Before Speaking to Them

The issue I have with YouTube is that it is so difficult to get people over to your website (or Skool community) organically. YouTube has made it more difficult for people to leave the platform. So you have to really retarget with ads to reach people. However, the quality of traffic is usually pretty good and converts well.

@Woody Hill Yes. I have a small channel (only around 900 subs) and I get about 5000 views a month but hardly any click throughs. My videos could be better but some have good retention and likes.
Celebrating our 100 member milestone!🄳🄳🄳
We are about to hit 100 members in the CLUES community and would love for you to join the party! To celebrate all the members of the community, we are hosting a 24 hour postathon (I borrowed this idea from one of the kindest persons here on Skool: @Sean Hegarty, with his permission of course!šŸ¤) During this postathon we invite all of our members to engage with each other like they have never done before, posting about anything that comes to mind, anything they'd like to share. Self-promotion is allowed and encouraged because if there is one thing we love about our members, it's the amazing work they are doing themselves! šŸ™ Ready for a party? šŸ‘‰ This is your invitation!🄳
