$20,000/month in just 30 days!! 😨
@Tandra Hill got laid off from her job in May 2025… And in the last 30 days, she’s signed around 10 carriers and lined up ~$20,000/month in potential revenue dispatching trucks. Here’s how it happened šŸ‘‡šŸ½ (NOTE: Full interview is posted below…) Just a few months ago, Tandra was a receiving supervisor at a hazardous waste plant. Her boss controlled: - Her schedule - Her income - And even the level of respect she got at work Then they ā€œdownsizedā€ā€¦ and she was one of the people let go. She was tired of being replaceable and decided this time had to be different... Her first plan? Start a box truck company. She watched my YouTube videos, ran the numbers, and realized: Buying the truck + maintenance + all the startup costs would almost wipe out her savings and investments… …plus she didn’t even know how to drive a box truck yet. She didn’t want a careless risk. She wanted a calculated one. That’s when she pivoted to truck dispatching. She was already inside Dispatcher University (LITE), she saw the community + free course, and thought: ā€œLet me actually give this dispatching thing a real shot.ā€ So she took the risk and joined the paid Dispatcher University course + community. And here's what happened in the last 30 days... → She joined the "Dispatch Games" (our 30-day challenge to post content + run ads) → Watched the Week 4 Facebook Ads training inside the paid course → Set her ad budget (aimed to spend $500, capped at ~$600) → Used ChatGPT to create ad images + recorded one simple video → Ran the Facebook ads exactly how it’s taught inside Dispatcher University The result? → ~10 carriers signed in about 30 days → Roughly $20,000/month in potential revenue (once trials roll off) → So many carriers that she actually had to let a few go to focus on her core group No truck. No massive startup costs. No cold calling. Just one skill, one traffic source, and one decision to bet on herself. When I asked what she’d tell someone on the fence, her message was simple:
$20,000/month in just 30 days!! 😨

Hello @ Tandra Hill Congratulations on your success! You have an incredible story about how you devoted so much time and energy to a job you weren't even sure would last your entire life—despite giving 110% of yourself. I am in an almost identical situation, but since I have too many children, some employers consider me not worth the trouble; they think I will likely have to take time off to care for my children, so they don't give me the opportunity to work. But I always said, "Never give up ", so that's way I'm here to learn Dispatching. 😃😁

Hello Shasta! nice to virtually meet you. My name is Martha Martinez I'm from Rio Grande Valley, Texas. I'm like Ohio State, I traveled several times when I was teenager, my parents and I usually went to work in a Canned Company of tomatoes in Pemberville, Ohio, it was great, but we use to work a lot of hours, but the pay was worth it. ha😁ha. well, back those days šŸ˜† Like you said spending time with the family is a great motivation to start some new and from home to be able to stay home without asking the employer for a day off you know.
Hello Everyone!
My name is Martha MartĆnez; I am from the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, near the Mexican border. I have several years of experience in customer service within the medical sector, as well as in administrative support roles. But now...! I would like to learn more about truck dispatching and become part of this great industry. I love driving—and the idea of being a truck driver myself—but as a mother of five beautiful children, it is simply not possible for me to spend long periods of time behind the wheel. I believe that the dispatching field would be an excellent path for me, as it would allow me to manage my household while simultaneously ensuring my family's financial stability. I would like to earn an income of at least $5,000 per month—and if I could earn even more, that would be a fantastic bonus! Let's have fun learning about this fascinating transportation industry, contributing the care, time, and expertise needed to keep it moving! I love dancing and spending time with my family—enjoying weekends at the park and interacting with animals, especially roosters and hens. What I spec from these classes: 1. Learn how to start this new path of Dispatching. 2. Learn how to stablish relationships with carriers, vendors, clients. 3. Learn how to growth. 4. Learn how to have stability with clients.šŸŒ 5. šŸš›
