Happy Monday, family. New week. New plays. Same mission - ultimately, becoming undeniable. You’ve got 7 days ahead of you. That’s 168 hours. Let’s break the math: - 64 hours sleep (yes, sleep like a weapon) - 40 hours work (or building your thing) - 64 hours left. So don’t tell me “there’s no time.” There’s time to train. Time to journal. Time to level up your habits, routines, and mindset. This week, pick 1 habit. ONE. Do it every day. Track it. Become obsessed with consistency, not perfection. And when motivation fades (because it will) - let discipline do the driving. Let’s make this week embarrassing for the old version of us. Drop your Monday goals below. What’s one book that genuinely changed how you think?
I’ll start. For me, it’s hands down: Atomic Habits by James Clear. It shifted the way I view success. Not as some big, dramatic leap but rather as small, consistent actions done daily. The line that hit hardest? “Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you want to become.” That one sentence made me realise: I don’t need to feel motivated. I just need to show up, cast the right vote, and let momentum do its thing. Whether it’s fitness, work, or mindset - it’s all habits. Stack the right ones, and your life literally rewires.
